Intertherm model MGHA-090-AAPQ -- combustion air keeps running

Our intertherm gas furnace works well except for the fact that the combustion air fan will not shut off untill we kill the power. It has run for 6 hours. The furnace will cycle properly but the combustion air fan does not shut down after a heating cycle. When we kill the power and let the temperature drop enough to call for heat, we turn on the power --- the combustion air fan comes back on and the furnace will go through a heating cycle and at the end of this cycle the furnace will shut down this time the combustion air fan will also shut down. This problem is intermittent. It has gone weeks before it happens again.
Where do I look to fix this problem?

Sounds like a problem with the circuit board.

I have a Intertherm MGHA-056ABFC-05 furnace and the burner will not come on?

The gas valve is seldom the issue. It is the Thermocouple, a relay or the control board. Gas appliances should only be diagnosed and repaired by a certified gas registered technician. In most countries that is the law.

Intertherm MGHA-070ABFC-05 will not run/cool

Multiple problems. Eliminate thermostat first. Remove face from wall and turn on breaker. If fan still runs you have a bad board or bad relay. If fan outside is running compressor should be too. These operate on same contactor. Verify you are getting 24 volts to coil side of contactor. If odf stops working and contactor remains pulled in you have a bad motor. If odf motor stops working the compressor will shut off due to overheating.

Intertherm propane furnace will not stay on

You need combustion air to keep pilot and gas burning. You should have louvers or vents on that door. If you don't, you may have the blower door and combustion air doors switched. I have been on a couple services calls where the customer had reversed the doors without realizing it.
