With this machine, that code is normally due to worn temp sensors, once they are replaced you can reset the code by:
To reset fuser failure codes, perform the following:
1. Access 25 mode (power OFF, hold the 2 and 5 keys, power ON).
2. Select option 1 [Software SW].
3. Use the scroll arrows to scroll to address 3-1.
4. Select OFF.
5. Power the machine OFF/ON.
the part number for the sensors are p/n 26NA88011
