The RD1072 uses standard AAA batteries, disposable or rechargeable. If you want to use rechargeable batteries, you must charge them outside the player using a separate battery charger.

There are several options to buy replacement batteries for a Coleman rechargeable lantern, model 5348-700. I just picked up two new batteries from www.1000bulbs.com for $4.87 each plus shipping. How could i change its batteries?

Your radio, Midland LXT110, utilizes a NiMH rechargeable battery pack or 3AAA batteries. I have a similar set and when the battery pack runs out I just use regular AAA rechargeable batteries. They are more economical. To change the batteries in general follow these steps.

Remove the back clip.
Now remove the battery cover by pushing down from the top center of the battery cover and slide it off.
Replace batteries observing polarity.
Replace the battery cover.
Replace battery clip.
