We have a problem of tvs msp 245 printer. in this printer , letters printing is fully not printing. how to solve

If letters are not printing properly on your TVS MSP 245 printer, there could be several possible causes for this issue. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Check the print head: Make sure that the print head of the printer is clean and not clogged with ink or debris. Use a clean, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the print head.
  2. Check the ink levels: Make sure that the ink levels in the cartridges are sufficient. If the ink levels are low, replace the ink cartridges with new ones.
  3. Align the print head: Misaligned print heads can cause poor print quality. Run the printer's print head alignment utility to ensure that the print head is properly aligned.
  4. Check the software settings: Make sure that the printer driver and software are properly installed and configured. Try reinstalling the printer driver and software.
  5. Check the paper quality: Make sure that the paper you are using is suitable for your printer. The paper should be flat, clean, and without any curls or creases.
  6. check the cable connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer and that the cables are not loose. If you are using a USB cable, try a different cable or a different USB port.
If none of these steps resolve the problem, the issue may be with the print head itself and it might need a replacement. In that case, you should contact the manufacturer's customer service for assistance.

Won"t print

Canon printer.....won't print.

Well, that can be tough to figure out without some more info. :o)

1. What model of cannon printer, Is it ink jet or laser?
2. What is your computer's operating system? (32 or 64 bit too)
3. Have you installed the drivers for your operating system and made sure they are updated?
4. Have you changed the ink/toner cartridges lately?
5. Have you not printed for a long time? Ink jets especially will get dried up fast if you don't print regularly?
6. If you have the printer drivers installed have you tried uninstalling them and then reinstalling?

I dont have any coloured ink cartidges left and need to immediately print some forms in full black will be okay but i cannot change my colours to black as the ink holder stays on the far right of my epson...

To print in all black, you can change a setting through the computer to tell the printer to only use the black ink. This is better than putting black ink where the color ink normally would go as that would cause the shading to be wrong and potentially ruin the documents.
If you have enough black ink in the printer, before you finalize the printing process make sure you have black and white only selected.
This will allow you to print without getting access to the ink cartridge holders.
Good luck hope this helps.

I've changed the ink cartridge in my epsom printer but it wont print, what can i do

If you haven't printed a lot lately, your print head might clogged. Here's what you can do: go to "print", then "properties", then "maintenance", and find the option "head cleaning". You will hear strange sounds coming from inside your printer, nothing to worry about, the printer is just trying to push the ink through the print head. In the end, the printer will print 4 colors: black, yellow, magenta and cyan. If the colors seem ok to you, you have fixed your problem. If not, repeat the process several times (just bear in mind that cleaning the head uses a lot of ink).
Hope that helps, and if it doesn't, please let me know, would love to help find a solution to your problem!

Wont print black ink all outher colors ok cleand

If you did put in a new printhead, it means you need a new purge, or cleaning assembly. If it doesn't clean and prime the printhead properly, it won't print.

A big PGBK ink cartridge problem

Call - 1-800-828-4040
Verify they are installed correctly.
Remove the print head or ink tanks properly following the procedure below.
1. Confirm that the printer is powered on and open the top cover. The print head moves to the replacement position.

Note: When the top cover is opened more than ten minutes, the print head moves to the right side. If this occurs, close the top cover, and open it again.

2. Open the paper output tray and pull down the inner cover.

3. Remove the ink tanks by pressing the tab of each tank.

Note: Handle the ink tanks with care so that your clothes and surrounding area do not get soiled. When replacing multiple ink tanks, make sure to replace one by one.

Note: <Ink Tank Lamp> You can check the status of each ink tank according to the way its lamp flashes.

On: The printer is ready to print.

Slow flashing (at about three second interval): Ink is low. Prepare a new ink tank.

Fast flashing (at about one second interval): Ink tank is empty, or the printer is not ready due to an error.

Off: An error has occurred and the printer is not ready to print.

4. Put back the inner cover and close the top cover.
Note: When starting printing next time, the print head cleaning launches automatically.
During the print head cleaning, the Power lamp flashes green. Do not do other operations until the flashes stops.

Ink cartridge (not) installed properly

For the Canon iP1800 printer are you sure you're using the 30 for black and 31 for color?

And make sure they "click" when installed. That should confirm that they're nice and tight in their ink compartments.

Besides that, maybe reinstalling the printer drivers could do something?
