Your Cingular is locked to use with Cingular SIM only. You can obtain unlock code if you are registered owner. Also check T&C's as all network provider has different rules about unlock code.
since ur phone i sim locked with cingular and now changed to unicel it happened,u contact any cingular center where in they can help u r problem regarding network migration..

This phone must be made for use on T-Mobile or Cingular/AT&T? Cell phone companies don't want you using their phones with other carriers if you decide to switch. They figure this will keep you from switching. A t-mobile phone will only work with a t-mobile sim card. Same with Cingular. When you put in a sim chip from another carrier, the phone wants a password so you can use it. But you have to get the password from the carrier that sold the phone to use another carrier. There are ways to get this code if you want it.
