    Set the phone unlock pasword - 4 digits (for phone not Sim) I know exactly what the code is. When I turned my phone back on it will not accept the password. Says Emergency calls only. I-mate Jasjam running windows 6.



    Note it is not asking for PUK code.



    Any ideas what I could do

    i have forgotten my i-Mate jASJAM unlock code and now im not able to start my phone....please somebody tell me the method to recover my password..is there any such softwere on pc that can help me recover it..if yes wats the name of da softwere..plz help

    I didnt use my jas jam for a couple of weeks and when i went to use it again. WOOPS i forgot my password. How can i reset or clear the password.

HTC TyTN(Hermes,Qtek9600,JasJam etc)
Always switch off the device before to execute a full reset. The full reset is the Hard Reset of the device an to
execute it push and hold at same time both the SoftKey left and right on the front of the unit while you use the
stylus to press the soft reset button at the bottom of the device.

Hard reset by pressing device buttons:

1. Turn off your device.
2. Hold down the Send button, End button and Camera button.
3. Do not release Send, End and Camera, press the Power button.
4. After on-screen indication, release all the buttons.

How to format imate jasjam memory
Hi. You can hard reset your device by pressing the left and right upper softkeys at the same time, and while pressing them press the reset hole with the stylus. Don't forget to get a backup of all your data since a hard reset will erase your data. Hope this helps.

Jasjam sceen go white
i had the same problem with my imate. i had to send it back for repair, They said that it needed a software upgrade. Don't know if that was true or not but it did fix it.
