It is the last button on the left side of the keyboard near shift key with Signal up logo (I think with yellow light, when enable) that enables/disables the wireless adaptor. Hope it helps, CreativeTECH
either your drivers are missing, which you can get from the HP site under the support tab....or you need to switch it on using the switch or holding down the FN key on your keyboard & pressing the wireless key, which should be on an F key with a little picture of a wireless symbol. Like the one below:
Right under screen there should be a button, or the f8 key I think is another one. You can also search you computer for Wireless Assistant which will turn it on for you.
Hi,

3.open the RAM chamber and refix the RAMs.
On the side edge or on the front edge of the laptop there should be a wireless switch or a clear button, when you activate it the wireless light should light up amber/orange.
Unless your switch is either on or you have connectivity it may not light up. You can try going to the networking settings and see if the wireless feature is disabled. Also it may be as simple as a switch is not turned on.
Page 13 will show you the radio switch. It is the 4th button.
Wireless switch Turns the wireless feature on or off, but does not create a wireless connection. ✎ A wireless network must be set up in order to establish a wireless connection.
