My TS350 Super is leaking fuel on the bottom. It runs fine. However continually leak fuel. If I stop it, fuel continually leak out of the bottom. Any suggestion? I have no idea of the internal components, & setup. Where can I find a service manual for this Saw?

Probably a failed injector O-ring that seals against leaking. Maybe it got jarred while replacing the transmission. Should be two O-rings per injector, one at top and one on bottom.

There are several fuel connection points in the fuel lines which run from the tank to the fuel pump through the left frame rail. Check these connections and look for any damage to the fuel lines. Additionally, the fuel filter on the left rear of the engine has a water bleed off knob on the bottom. This knob could also leak by the left front corner of the cab.

More that likely when you fell the lines to the carb got damaged or partially disconnected and are leaking or the carbs(if it has carbs) has a stuck float which would allow fuel to over fill the bowl and pour out. The petcock is a vacuum controlled unit so that's why it does not put out any fuel until the engine is started (which is when it leaks). The tank may need to be lifted up some to see where the leak is coming from. If the lines are ruptured then replace them. If the carbs are leaking, tap on the bottom of the bowls with the back side of a wooden hammer (or something soft) and sometimes that will make them stop leaking.

You may have sized the shaft seal wrong or the seal may be installed incorrectly. Make sure you have the correct seal and that the shaft is not wobbling.

Just make sure you have good fuel flow to the carb fuel inlet from the gas tank with a good rate of flow.
When you finish it will work great if you did it properly. You will for sure have to adjust the fuel mixture screws after the re-build.

I have same unit. Produced by Solac in Spain. No longer sold in U.S. Solac won't help.
I had leak out bottom of machine. Removed brew group and tightened phillips head towards front which was loose. This stopped the leak on mine. Hope it works for you.

Most likely leaking from either the shaft seal, or the valute seal (big seal plate o-ring). When you replaced the motor you should have also replaced the shaft seal. If not go back and do that whether it's leaking or not. If you get your head down and look at the bottom of the pump while it's running you should be able to see the water coming from the joint between the seal plate, and the seal plate housing, or just behind that from the bottom of the motor probably from the vent holes in the motor housing. If it's coming from the motor then the shaft seal is leaking, and the water is traveling along the shaft and out the bottom of the motor. This will eventually get into the motor and seize up the bearings. If it's coming from the valute seal, then you need to either replace or re-seat the seal. As a general rule you should always replace the shaft seal, and diffuser and seal plate o-rings when you replace the motor or split the seal. I'm not as familiar with the 2 speed hayward super 2, but the standard super 2's have a small ribbon seal, often called a rubber band. They are infamous for going bad especially after pulling the pump apart.

I believe this is a diesel right? If so there is a water drain valve on the bottom of the canister that the lever can leak. Check the oring on the cap to check and see if it is leaking down the side, also check the fuel lines coming out for a leaking or blown oring.

Check the float and the adjustment screw on the bottom of the carb. Usually if the float stays up it will continue to leak gas and also will only run on choke. Spray some carb cleaner in there and try to get rid of any debri also try changing your air filter or cleaning it
