Dishwasher water is not coming in my dishwasher and how do i dismantle the spray arm at the bottom to clean

    Ny dishwasher is a galaxy model# 665.110713091 serial #3505627

    The sprayer arn is not turning around. We were told that if we remove the sprayer arm and check the pump for a possible clog and remove the clog it should work

    how do we remove the sprayer arm?

    I have a Roper dishwasher RUD4500DB3 that I washed a jar with the paper label attached. The dishwasher now does not drain well. The manual says that the pump may be clogged with paper. How do you remove the sprayer arm to check the pump. Thanks

If no water is coming into the machine at all it is a problem with the water valve, not your spray arms. as far as the spray arm goes I need the manufacture and model number to explain what to do.

Spray arms not working
Hi frustrated in Raleigh,
I understand that the spray arms are not moving or spraying water, even after you have cleaned the screens and arms. What might be happening is you are not getting enough water pressure to the dishwasher.
The hot water line to your dishwasher must provide water pressure between 20 and 120 psi.
Low water pressure may occur when laundry or showers are in operation.
Wait until water use is reduced before starting dishwasher.
If you are still noticing that the spray arms are not moving or spraying water, I would have a local Authorized Technician come out to see what exactly is going on with the spray arms of your dishwasher.

There's aspray arm at the bottom of your dishwasher--it may have a tall spray tubemounted to the center of it. There may also be a spray arm located directlybeneath the upper rack of dishes and/or above the upper rack. If debris is blocking the holes inthe spray arms where the water comes out, it could cause cleaning problems.Regularly inspect each of the spray arms and clean out the holes as necessary.

Dishwasher is not cleaning top rack
If the top rack is not getting clean, then either the spray arm holes are slightly plugged and not allowing enough water flow to the machine. The water coming from the arms also makes the arms moved in a circular direction which also helps in cleaning. Either the arm is plugged and not allowing water flow or the arm is stuck and not rotating. I would use a toothpick and clean all the holes first. Then try it. Try and spin arm by hand and make sure it spins very easy and freely. If not, replace it or dismantle it and clean it really good so there are no clogs and it can spin easily.

Hi dear.Please do the following try to solve the issues.Please clean the bottom & upper spray arm.They must been blocked. That makes a lot of water pressure on top spray arm & it comes off.Also blocked spray arms resulting poor wash performans. Top sprayer wont spin . dishwasher goes through cycles and only partially cleans. bottom sprayer does spin.
The sprayers are not powered but rely on the water pressure to spin them. If it's not spinning it could be
the spinner isn't engaging in the top rack as you slide it in

Not cleaning on top rack. Pump, fill tube asm. & spray clean. Has any seen if this issue could be the deverter motor in the pump or the control board?
Just to review, the LG dishwasher family, including the LDS5811 has the Verio motor and the check valve that diverts water from the bottom rack to the top rack.

If the valve is blocked/jammed, this would cause the symptom you describe. The valve is visible from inside the DW after you open it up.

It is also possible that this motor has failed.

Bosch dishwasher - top row of dishes do not get clean
There is a screen that you can remove from the sump of the dishwasher to clean. Just twist it to the left and pull it out. I have some tips that you might want to check out if this does not resolve your problem.
