My samsung hlr 5667 lost its colors. Only displaying red pixels in the dark areas of the screen... help!

Please change the T-CON board, if it did not fix the problem, you may have a defective LCD Panel.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Hi,If you are experimenting vertical lines ,black bars ,color

distortion,pixilation,or white dots on the screen you might be having an

issue with the Dmd chip.This is how the DMD chip works:

is composed of around 2 million pixels that create the image on the

screen.You will need to replace in order to fix your problem.Have a

I think that you need to exchange the X-main Board.

I haven't found the cause. I find that leaving it switched on overnight cures it.

Not your bulb, prob with the display unit. Could be a driver or decoder IC...accordianman
