Hi,
Yeah I had a look at the website there too, try powering down again and plugging it out for a longer period of time. You need to get the whole machine to reset and loose all saved info in the bios. Also cleaning it out of all loose toner on any contacts might help!

Most common cause of this is the use of 3rd party toner. This isnt true for all printers but some of the newer Xerox are notorious for it as the 3rd party toners are not produced to the exact specs as xerox. If your not using genuin Xerox toner you have your cause.
If your mechanicaly savy you can completely dissasemble most of the printer in order to clean out the toner. Then start over with new Xerox toner cartridges. I have had to service 2 of these printers in this way, and both were like new when done.

If your Xerox phaser 7700 7750 or 7760 is having a Paper Jam at A-Fuser error, this video should help. Good luck

The most likely cause here is the laser unit, check all connections to the laser unit and cycle the power (turn the machine off and on) if error continues replace the laser unit. You can buy a replacement for $350 new or $225 refurb. Part# 062K17233. Installation isn't very simple, so if you aren't a technician you may want to bring it to one. Good luck

When you adjust the length guides there are 3 little white switch actuators that eith do or do not actuate three little white switches inside the machine which tell the machine the position of the length guide.
For 11"paper only the bottom one should be sticking out to actuate the bottom switch inside the machine.
Make sure they are intact and that no torn off piece of paper is holding a switch actuate.
If you rmove the tray with a flashlight you can see the three switches inside the machine on the right about 2/3rds of the way back.
They should move freely but they do not go click when you press on them
I don't see anything that monitors the width of the paper in the tray..
If all that works, time to call service.
