Sansa Media Converter should be used to convert videos and pictures in the appropriate file extension and size: notice, files should have certain formats before converting them. Overview for supported files using Sansa Media Converter: http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32/related/1 Direct link to the SMC download: http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/SMC/ Allow downloads when blocked to get the download started.
You can get the Sansa Media Converter from Sandisk's website.
You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize certain file formats, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file. -Tha Mp3 Doctor
Download whatever music video from Limewire, Napster, etc. Watch the entire video to make sure you are satisfied. Afterwards, go to the Sansa Media Converter and click "Add Music." Find the video (in whatever file you saved it under) the click convert. That should put it on there.
Once that is downloaded and installed, open it, plug your Sansa into the computer by USB cable, click "Add media". Then you should see a window that says "Add media" Select the media you want to put on your Sansa. Once the media is added, then click "Convert". After it is finished converting, it should be on your Sansa. Hope that helps!
There should be a media converter on the installation disk that you need to install. These converters often have limited formats to which files you can use.
you must upload sansa media converter from the cd that came with the mp3 player. once you completely upload it you open it and click "ADD MEDIA" and select the videos, then hit "CONVERT" and it will convert them to a *.mov* format
