2 options:
option 1: Do a factory reset on the entire unit (back up any personal data first as this will erase everything and restore device to out-of-the-box condition)
Shut down computer. Plug into charging adapter if not already. Power on again and immediately hold down F4 (after powering on) while the computer is booting up. this will boot you into the Samsung Recovery Solution application.
Select Restore>Complete Restore and let the process run its course. If you boot into windows normally by mistake, shut down and repeat these steps again.
option 2: open start menu and type in search box "slui.exe 4" without the quotes (you can run this from the command line too). If prompted by UAC, click Yes to continue.
Click on the drop down menu and select the nearest location to you for a toll free number to call, then click on the Next button. Follow the rest of the onscreen instructions to re-activate windows.
Hope that helps.

That was because Failsafe thinks you are trying to modify the computer for illegal reasons...
Usually, FailSafe automatically uninstalls itself at the end of the 30 day trial.
Unfortunately, IF you make adjustments to your computer before it is uninstalled, or if it didn't automaticall uninstall itself -
You will have to Register with Phoenix Failsafe, in order to get them to give you an Unlock Code. Hoping you are in the U.K. here is the Phone No. of Phoenix
