I have an Alpine CDE 7870 and it will not work when my car is initially started. I cuts in & out until the car has been running for about 15 minutes and touching any of the buttons during this time...

It sounds like you could have switched the accessory and constant power around. Try switching your red and yellow wires around. You might also have a bad ground connection. Try grounding it to a different spot. Make sure it is connected directly to a piece of metal that is connected to the frame.

My alpine CDE-7870 Cd player stopped working and i cant find out what is the matter with it

The power line has a blown fuse. Check under the dash or wherever the fuse box is that controls the stereo. Also, check the inline power wire cause they have those little cylindrical fuses that blow. Also, make sure you got a good ground and check for shorts.

No not your shorts. Check for shorts in the wiring.

How do i remove the Cd player from the dash?

Alpine uses a non proprietary set of pins on each side of the deck. To get access to them you will need to remove the faceplate. Then remove the thin plastic trim from around the din chassis.

Normally using a butter knife or another thin piece of metal in each side between the deck and the DIN enclosure will allow you to depress the locking pins, then slide the deck out of the chassis.

Alpine CDE-7871E - Head Unit now not displaying any LED

Check the leads from the heat sink on the back and my guess is the contacts between the faceplate and the actual head unit are not doing so well. This is a detachable face unit right?
