I have a dell vostro 1510 laptop. whenever i switch on my wireless and bluetooth switch,it is only the Bluetooth that comes on and I can't connect to the wireless network.i have check my device manager and I found everything is ok and the Wlan 1395 mini card is working properly. but the wireless light on laptop didn't turn on.
please let me know how can i fix this problem?
The Dell QuickSet utility Wireless options can cause these issues.
There is a setting to always deactivate on battery. Make sure this is not set up. The correct setting would be Always active on battery or Always On, or no power saving options for Wi-Fi. Depending on the version of QuickSet which you have.
It is known to glitch when power is removed from the machine while the wireless is in use.
Please let us know if you have any futher questions. If this information was helpful, please take a moment to rate the solution. Thank you.
Not the Catcher Utility. Sorry, I should have specified.
In the QuickSet utility, you will see an option called Internal Network Card Power Management. This is where you need to make the change to "Always Active On Battery"
Depending on your version, you may need to check the Radio Control options to assure that the method you are using to enable your Wireless Radio is actually configured.
Here's a picture of both of those options I was speaking of:

...Once these settings are configured, you should get a bubble that says Wireless Network Radio On, Or Wireless Card Enabled.
Then you can begin using your Catcher, or configure it so that you use the Windows Wireless utility. This is your choice, based on your preference.
Any luck with the previous post and comments?
