P140 (of manual) talks of no of rings before voicemail. if you can get it on your phone ,you should be able figure i ou.

the nextel is on whats called an IDEN network and tmobile is on a GSM network two very different systems. you can get a unlock code for the nextel phone but you'll still run into problems using those two combinations.

Yes you need a data cable and a program called raptor do a search for it on google you will find a site for it...

You need to purchase a cable and the program to unlock nextels look on ebay for them

There are no free unlocks for the Nextel Phones sorry
