try to look inside the paper feeder sometimes there was some instances a piece of teared paper or small sediments drop off in there.. if it not, try to check the rubber roller on the paper feeder.. and please check if some springs are dislocated..
where to put the paper? There's a manual that comes with this printer, that clearly shows how to open this up, and add paper. I'd recommend you review that first. You may be thrilled when you find it
