SOURCE: Intermittent control panel issues

hi     the dryer works with the voltage of 250v 60z . u need multimeter or voltmeter to trouble shoot..   This switch, located on the control panel, is usually the push-button type. Start switches don't fail often, but it does happen. To check the start switch, remove the control panel and test the switch with a VOM set to the RX1 scale. Disconnect the leads from the switch terminals and clip one VOM probe to each terminal. Press the switch button. If the meter reads zero, the switch is working. If the needle jumps to a high reading, the switch is faulty and should be replaced. Replace the switch with a new one of the same type, connecting the new switch the same way the old one was connected.
thank u .. if any post me.

SOURCE: Control Panel turns off

I have a GE DCV515EF0WW front-load dryer. When the dryer is on there is a scratching noise that seems to come from the front edge of the drum. The unit just started doing this. I checked around the drum for debris. I found some lint and cleaned it as best asI could. Any suggestions. The unit is heating properly or so it seems. Thanks in advance.

SOURCE: Maytag Dryer MDG6800AWW won't start, lights all on

There is no reset, There will be either a defective solder joint in the controller or the controller is faulty and needs replaced.

How do i fix keypad

Keypads will flash when new oven or when disconnected and setting are lost. First try setting the clock
  • push CLOCK--enter numbers--push CLOCK to see if keypad becomes operational.
If not, unplug, replug and try again. As for "fixing" keypad ....that is not likely to be the problem and even it it were, keypads are not user repairable. For further info, dial the the factory customer support phone number.

Control lock on duet washer GHW9250ML1 is flashing, nothing working even after unplugging. When replugged, light starts to flash again and nothing else.

Here's what the Duet tech sheet says to do:

1. Press PAUSE/CANCEL button on the touch-pad twice.
2. Drain the unit, then check that the Drain hose and Drain Pump
Filter is clear of foreign objects.
3. Check/ Replace Touch-pad/LED assembly.
4. Check harness connections.
5. Check the CCU.

Was Flashing 02 and f and now flashing 022

Hi

The F22 stands for the CCU/Touch pad error. In other words, the keypad has lost connection with the control board behind it.

Follow the steps:-

unplug the washer
take off the console
check the connection between the touch pad and the CCU board
make sure that nothing looks corroded or burnt
make sure that nothing is pinched or bent
unplug and replug wiring harness and connections form keypad to the CCU board

Please get back to us if you have further query or else please accept the solution.

I have a 2 or 3 year old General Electric Air Conditoner 10,000 BTU. I used it for about 3 months and took it out cause it would come on and not come on. It had a mind of its own. I resently reinstalled it...

The key pad is shorted, damaged or loose solder point connection . You could try having it repaired, it's usually the solder points where the power connects to the board, or you could order a new one by calling in the model number to the manufacture. The other option is to replace the entire unit.
