WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE TAJIMA TME c612 MODEL MACHINES IT IS GETTING AN ERROR 12

Error 12 on a Tajima TME-C612 embroidery machine typically indicates a problem with the machine's control panel or its communication with the machine's control board. To troubleshoot this issue, you should first check the connections between the control panel and the control board to ensure that they are properly connected and secure. If the connections appear to be fine, you may need to perform a firmware update on the machine to resolve the issue. The firmware update can be found on the Tajima website or you can contact Tajima support for assistance.
If the problem persists, it may be necessary to have a technician check the machine. The technician will be able to diagnose and repair the issue.
It is important to note that Error 12 can have multiple causes, and it is recommended to consult the machine manual or to contact the manufacturer support for specific troubleshooting steps.

TC Joint 7 Card for Tajima Embroidery Machines Tajima joint card 83 Color change motor noisy and not moving

If the color change motor on your Tajima embroidery machine is making noise but not moving, it could be due to a few different issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the connections: Make sure all the cables and connectors that attach to the color change motor are securely connected and not damaged.
  2. Check for obstructions: Look for any obstructions that may be preventing the motor from moving freely. This could include thread or debris that has become tangled in the mechanism.
  3. Lubricate the motor: If the motor is making noise, it could be due to lack of lubrication. Try adding a few drops of oil to the motor shaft to see if it helps.
  4. Replace the motor: If none of the above steps work, it may be time to replace the color change motor. You can order a replacement part from Tajima or a Tajima dealer.
Note: If you're not comfortable with troubleshooting and repairing your embroidery machine, it's best to contact a professional technician for assistance.

I have a Tajima TEHX C1501 and it is not moving left and right. The controller only moves it back and forward. Sometimes, it works when I turn it off and on, but most the time it doesn't move right and...

I have had a couple of Tajima units with what sounds like the same problem. I found the motor which drives the X axis had bad solder joints where the windings join the circuit board which the cable attaches to the motor. I resoldered the connections and they worked fine. If you don't have the soldering skills, or know someone who does, you may just need to replace the motor which is fairly expensive. It will probably take about 1 1/2 hours to take the motor assembly in and out, and about another hour to repair the solder joints.
