No power to display checked fuse in plug that is ok

Do you have a red indicator light or any type of illuminated display?

check fuses\n plug, if this is ok there are a couple of internal fuses.
obvioysly make sure you disconnect the mains cable before opening the keyboard, if these are ok then unless you have technical knowledge I would seek the advice of a Yamaha repair specialist.

Replacing and configuring a main power board to a Plasma display is not a simple job as you thinks. With only a multimeter, you can't do anything. It is a skilled work. There is a capacitor in the power supply that opens, and in some cases it will bulge at the top showing a tell tale sign it is bad.

Check the power outlet, the plug and the cable or with the appropriate tester see if you have mains power where the power cable connects to the machine wiring.

Its possible, check underhood fuse box, the position 6, 60AMP for Power Windows

If the fuse is OK, take off the trim panel to check the windows motor, windows switch and wires.

Check the internal fuse inside the unit. If it goes again, after replacement, get back in touch with us. If OK check the transformer and the power switch.

first check and make sure the socket in the car is getting power, like trying your phone charger or something similar. if its not, locate the fuse in the car and see if its ok. if its ok check the fuse for the charger, most are in the tip that gets plugged in to the car. most can be removed by screwing the tip off. if the fuse is ok, then there is probably a problem with the gps.

there are generally two control boards, I am assuming you looked at the lower one. I would first disconnect the power leads at the board and see if it still blows the circuit breaker (fuse?). If it does the check wiring for short. If OK then reconnect power leads and then disconnect all other wires (plug-ins) to the board and try again, each time plug a connection in and retry. (remember to disconnect power each time). I have a feeling the smoke got let out of this lower board and may need replacement. hope this helps

Mine has the same problems. After removing top cover, check fuse on power supply board (mine was OK). Then check thermo fuse located to the far left under the top cover( 2 black wires going to it) using a meter. I then jumped this fuse to see if this was the only problem. I hope to find a replacement thermofuse at the local hardware store.
