I cant figure out how to ask questions or comment on someones twitter page. so how do i ask questions?

Provided you don't get stuck with the Twitter Is Over Capacity Whale that I've been seeing lately, there are two ways to ask questions of people directly, 'private' and 'private-plus-friends':

  1. Type "d USERNAME" before your tweet to send a direct message to a particular user. Only that user will see the message.
  2. Put "@USERNAME" at the beginning of your tweet to send a reply to a particular user. That user, your followers and that user's followers will all be able to see the tweet, but it won't appear on the public timeline.
When you send that message with D or @, then the user will get your question even if you are not being followed.

I hope that helps.

How do I tweet a question to a person on twitter?

  1. Log in to Twitter via the Twitter Home Page, or via a Twitter API application such as Twhirl. You can also update Twitter via Facebook and several other applications that use the Twitter API.
  2. Step 2 Enter your message in the box with the label "What are you doing?" Keep in mind that your tweet can be no longer than 140 characters at the most. This limitation exists because Twitter uses the SMS network to send notifications via cell phone to those who desire it.
  3. Step 3 Click "Update" to send the Tweet to everyone on Twitter.
  4. Step 4 Type "d USERNAME" before your tweet to send a direct message to a particular user. Only that user will see the message.
  5. Step 5 Put "@USERNAME" at the beginning of your tweet to send a reply to a particular user. That user, your followers and that user's followers will all be able to see the tweet, but it won't appear on the public timeline.

My twitter page is and everything else on twitter is weird. the texts are on the left side of the web page it doesn't look good it's like i opened a very old website with no designs at all help me. it...

Better to delete the site cache and history and restart using twitter. It usually happens when twitter is running slow and you are trying to open the links/pictures on force and the code gives errors.
Try deleting the cache and open twitter, or if you don't like it use which is one of the best alternatives i have found and using to tweet!
