Added a new shaw HD box and now I cant get Netflix back

The NS-RC02A-12 is a remote control that shipped with several Insignia TVs. Since one of the TVs that came with this remote is the NS-39L240A13 which does not have wi-fi or an ethernet connection port, I suspect that none of these TVs are Smart TVs. You can make it a Smart TV and get Netflix by adding a Roku, Fire Stick or other streaming TV stick or box to one of the HDMI ports. If you have the ports occupied, you'll need some sort of HDMI switch device to share the input.

You need to sign-up with NETFLIX CANADA,
because NETFLIX has detected that your IP-address (with Shaw Cable) is inside Canada, i.e., outside of the USA.

You will need to have a game consul hooked up to your TV either a Nintendo Wii or other, or it is possible if your TV is a Smart TV that you can download the Netflix program from your tv and get a subscription. the other way is to purchase a Google Chromecast device and then install Netflix and purchase a subscription for Netflix.

1. Unplug your set-top box from power for at least 2 minutes.
2. Plug your set-top box back in.
3. Try Netflix again.

You need to "program" your Shaw remote to control your TV, including the volume up/down on the remote.
Take your Shaw remote control, and follow the instructions on the back. If that does not work, telephone Shaw, and ask for technical support for TV.

This unclear. Is the shaw cable box the Motorola DCT3416??

1080p is not avalable on much right now, you will find it as a stp up option on some of the pay movies but HD is only 720p not 1080p yet. 1080i is the best you will get for now
