Good luck with that. As soon as these sets go out of production, so do most of the parts associated with them. You would be better served to get a TV table stand that uses a wall-mount-style backer. That way you get the tabletop mount and the extra security of knowing it won't get knocked over easily. Something like this....
Put tv on bed face down and look at the stand and locate and remove any and all screws holding stand to the flat screen set. Then after mounting the wall plate per instructions mount the tv to wall mounting.
Cover a table protective blanket.
Place TV face down on table.
Remove the stands legs( 2 screws each) then 4 large screws the legs attach to.
Or remove the wall mount brackets.
2 small black screws middle of the cover (above the component interface box).
Remove the component interface box, 5 small black screws , 2 on top, 3 on bottom.
6 black screws by the PC connection ports, (3 above, 3 below).
2 black screws on either side of the AC input plug.
12 screws around the perimeter.
Then the back should be able to be lifted straight up.
