Dear,
if your mobile gets on, then try dialling *2767*3855# in your dialling screen, it will hard reset your mobile, deleting all your mobile internal data like multimedia, virus, password etc.
so remember before dialling this number, backup all your data.

Contact your service provider to get a master reset code at free of cost....You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. or If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted

Just don't worry. Instead of lock code enter the security code. The defaults are 1234.

If you can enter *2767*3855# without the simcard then that's the way to unlock and reset it but it will delete all information stored on the phone. Unfortunately, if you won't be able to enter the strings of command completely, then there's no other way to unlock it but to send the phone for repair to Samsung service center.

Go to ebay and buy an unlock chip it costs £3 plus P&P works on D600, D600e D500 and a range of E samsungs 100% guaranteed. dont get fleeced using a download company they are useless and a waste of money.
