Paddle rotors in bottom of Zojirushi BB-CEC20 will not move in kneed cycle. Motor hums, but paddles will not move. I took pan out and checked to see if paddle rotors turned and they did not move. What is wrong and how can I fix this issue?

Where can I get replacement parts for the BBCC-15? My keeper clip underneath the baking pan came off and is lost. It holds the wing clip that drives the kneeding blade in the pan.

How do I get the kneeding blade out of the bread machine?

soak the paddle in soapy water overnight with enough water to keep the paddle submerged. The next day wiggle it back and forth while holding the litte ears underneathe the pan. Move it up and down too. If it still doesn't break free go to you tube and type "how to remove a stuck bread machine paddle" have your husband do that move, but don' use more than one jug of water because the TBR15 pan is thin and can bend. Be sure your husband uses hot pads to hold the pan edges so he doesn't hurt his fingers. If that method doesn't work you will have to live with a stuck paddle or order a new pan assembly and paddle and then always remember to remove to soak your paddle after baking and remove it from
the stem, clean, and store. Daryl,,, from breadmachineshelp.com

It won't knead :(

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly

When you reach in the bottom of the unit with the bread pan installed is there resistance felt as you move the kneading paddle in either direction? Yes = Motor problem No = belt or kneading paddle problem. (Since this a twin paddle machine they both must move at the same time)

The belt can be found here: PN: 8-BBV-P540

The paddle can be found here: PN: 8-BBV-P290

Bearings or gears out on Zojurushi BBCC-X20 Bread Machine

A new baking pan will come with the spindles and bearings but no paddles and the price is $55.00 plus shipping. The hopefully your technical ability to change the pan is adequate. You "may" also need a belt that they don't seem to have available.

Pretty tedious work to change out the pan if it is your first time.

Kneeding seems to jam frequently

Hi, Take the bread pan and paddle out of the machine and see if the paddle spins freely by hand. If it sticks then the sealed bearing is failing. If everything is good here, check the tension on the belt pulley. The belt may be too loose to spin the paddle freely under load. Belt and motor is inside the base of the machine. Good Luck..Hank

The kneeding paddle is no longer smooth.where can

Hi,
If the paddle is sticking it could be the sealed bearing on the bottom of the pan is sticking. Either that or the belt is loose and not allowing the paddle to spin freely.

The container that bakes the bread has a tab on the bottom that turns, and is on a shaft that goes thru the bottom, and this shaft is held by a snap-ring. we can't get the tab off,(supposed to come off to...

Hi,
Thank you for visiting Fixya. The tab you speak of is called the paddle. The paddle sits on a shaft that is pressed into a sealed bearing. This shaft is not supposed to move in the bearing. If the shaft moves the bearing will lose it's seal and lubricating fluid (oil) will leak out. The snap ring, bearing, and shaft are put together before they are installed into the pan. If you can't fit the ring back onto the shaft so the shaft doesn't move, then you should hunt around for a new bread pan. P.S. Putting soapy warm water in the pan and letting it sit for a while will free up the paddle so it lifts off the shaft. Also lubricating the shaft with a squirt of olive oil will help stop the paddle from sticking on the shaft. Good Luck...Hank
