Can not get all of the cable channels on my viore tv

This is normally because you have touched the Source or Input button on the remote.

You can only get channels if there is something connected to it providing that signal;

Satellite Dish
Cable Box
Over Air Decoder and Aerial
Streaming Device
IPTV Unit

You don't want 'channel' 3, you want 'source/input' 3. Check the remote for Source, or Input..

You will need a universal remote in order to change it to channel 3.

It might help with best if you retune the TV.

I will assume this is a direct connect from the wall plate to the TV. With that said you need to run a scan on the set to lock in the channel the second TV is modulated to either 60 air or 73 cable usually. Go into the menu on the tv and select the auto channel search. Some sets scan both sides at once others require you to choose cable or off air. Once this is done you should find the signal.

I was able to program my viore tv by trying the code search:
1. Press the tv and sel buttons until the IO button turns red.
2. Press channel up or down until the tv turns off and the press the tv button to lock in the code.
Ps: Be pattient when searching for the code, it might take a while. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
