Contrast = 60 to 80%.
Brightness = 40 to 55%
Color = according to personal viewing taste.
Sharpness = 15 to 20%
The best way to tune to a perfect picture is, set the color to Zero first. Without any colour, increase the contrast to at about 65%. Adjust the brightness to get a perfect picture in B/W. Then increase the color, according to your viewing taste. Compare the skin tone of a person. That's all.

Look at your remote and there should be a menu button. Once in the menu you will see a screen section that will let you select between 4:3, 16:9..... Toggle through those until you find the one that works with your tv.
Also there may be a button on your remote that looks like a box with an arrow pointing left and right. Click on that and it will toggle through the same thing mentioned above
