first connect the blutooth device then you must turn on the make this active/dicoverable or and search for any bluetooth devices in both the bluetooth device and your computer the blutooth device should automatically search for any devices or you might have to do it manually click start click on my computer you will see your c:drive cd/dvd drives and any usb drives and you might see your bluetooth device

b) Round with the Windows Logo : You either Vista or Windows 7 installed
i) Have a look at the "clock" at the base right of the Desktop Screen, is that a Small Vertical Bar ? If Yes, the you have Windows 7 installed, If No then you have VIsta Installed.]

Best way is boot to the VISTA DVD and delete the NTFS partition. Once you have done that, you should be able to boot to the XP CD and install XP. B.If you're trying to install an Operating System, from a CD disk that you bought, I suggest you go into BIOS Setup, and in Boot Order, change the first boot device to CDROM. Insert the CD disk in your CD/DVD drive, and restart the computer.

If you buy a Full Installation CD disk, as listed above, you have to change the Boot Order.
For example:
1.You have Windows XP on your computer now. It has problems, and doesn't work correctly. Instead of getting the Restoration Disk from your computer manufacturer, you decided to just buy a genuine copy of Windows XP, and install it. (This is a Full Installation Disk)

The Windows XP you have installed now, will not let the one you bought install over it, by just putting the disk in the drive. Change the first boot device, in Boot Order to CDROM, and it will. The Windows XP you have now, will 'see' the Windows XP you're trying to install, as just the same version. You have to install a better version of Windows, in order for it to write over what is installed.
Such as Windows Vista.

2.You have Windows Vista on your computer, and are not happy with it. You would like to put Windows XP on instead. Windows XP is considered a lesser version, and Vista won't let it write over it.
Go to BIOS Setup, change the first boot device in Boot Order, to CDROM, and it will.

If you have Windows Vista or that doesn't solve your problem. You can try typing in the name of your Bluetooth device you're trying to connect followed by drivers into google

For example, if I were trying to connect a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 to my computer, I would type the following into Google: Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 Drivers

Not sure whether the Operating System in your Notebook is Vista or XP.

I am providing you the steps which can be performed in both windows XP and Vista one after the other. Try these steps according to the Operating System you have installed in your notebook :

Uninstalling and rienstalling Bluetooth Hardware drivers from your Notebook in Vista :

Click on the Start Menu and type Device Manager in the search field. Click on the Device manager link in the results.

The Device Manager opens in a seperate window.

In this, click on the [+] mark next to Bluetooth Radios to expand the tree.

Right click on any device which states 'HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth' and select Uninstall.

Restart the notebook once this process is done.

Cancell ro close any window which states New Hardware found.

Download the Bluetooth hardware drivers for Vista from the link below :

Save the file in the Notebook and double click once it is saved to install the drivers.
