SOURCE: ice at the bottom of the freezer
It sounds like the freezer has leaking door seals and air is getting in to the freezer compartment. Your temperatures are set about right. Regards

most likely the evaporator fan is hitting some ice that has formed on the mounting shroud. You will have to defrost the unit by leaving it off over night. Also what contributes to this broblem is the location of the temp sensors. they should be checked that they are in the holders for them and not buried into the foam insulation. There is on in the ref on the top of the liner and one in the freezer. These pop off. remove them from the foam and insert them into the holders. If you can't do this then it may be wise to use a service person to do check it.

hopefully you looked out back ...rear lower panel and checked little white condenser fan running...it really needs too to keep temp stable across the condenser coils and no overheat condition to the compressor.hopefully you wont need the $300 circuit board like I just bought

try to unplug your ref for several minutes then plug in after then start your unit to reset your unit then observe it.
Hi friend, thank you for your inquiry!
I understand that you are having difficulty with the temperature settings on your Frigidaire refrigerator. Depending on your refrigerator style on a top mount there should be a cold control on the inside of the fresh food side that would be used to adjust your temperature. On a side by side or French door bottom mount the temperature control is located on the front control panel. Typically, as a "+" or "-" symbol to adjust the temperature. If any adjustments are made to the temperature, please allow 24 hours for the temperature to set properly. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt
