it does not have ethernet adapter according to the specs no no ip address or interface ?.
Do you have the optional bluetooth adapter with the printer. ?

Uninstall the printer from the laptop and reinstall it. The kodak software can take a fit that causes prints to no longer print though it says they are printing. I struggled with this trying to fix it for a while on my printer. Only solution was total uninstall, reboot and reinstall.

Go to http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/downloads/DownloadLookup.jhtml?pq-path=9103/13657/13660&product=EKN035329 and download both the software and the firmware. You should then have no problems installing.

I also suggest that you tape this URL to an surface of your printer for future reference.

Try downloading the drivers from the Kodak support page:

Also make sure your firewall is not interfering with two-way communication between the computer and the printer.

Press and hold the printer's power button for 30 Seconds then release it.
Turn off your computer and then disconnect all the cables from the back of the computer.
Press and hold the computer's power button for 30 Seconds then release it.

Wait 2 minutes.

Hook up monitor, mouse, keyboard, internet connection and power cable and then restart your computer.

Hook up printer's power cable and then turn it on.
Hook up printer to the computer.
