Replace Developer DV116, and use good quality toner.
bad toners damages the Developer .

press the Utility button,
then Stop 0 0 Stop 0 1

then scroll to Clear Data, and then Supplies Data and clear.

You must be aware that clearing this counter clears the drum, developer and other counters.

Which are very important for copy quality, and not replacing them may cause more harm than good.

Check the i/u unit and clean the opc blade,and transfer roller and clean the polygon scanner glass located after the i/u unit.

Remove the imaging unit from the copier. Unscrew the sides. Remove the old drum. Replace with the new one. Clean the blade and everything of imaging unit including the waste or recycle part.

set the copier on black then go to utility/counter, user settings then set current settings

First for a school you will need to know the volume of copies you are going to use per month.Then go from there, there so many segments.For example 30k to 40k per month would put you in a segment 4 something like a konica Minolta Biz Hub 601 or Biz Hub 750
