SPH-a720 It wouldn't go to the opening page when I turn it on? It's kept on vibrating? Can you help?

Are you check your manual? Could be some anti-vibration mode activated. The Hand icon indicates that Image Stabilization is set to operate continuously; its other modes are Shoot Only and Panning.

If the vibration works the circuit is working OK. All what can be done is to reset the phone , remove battery and reset, check for any corrupt files on the memory card. Now open settings, tones and check the default settings. check tone set and tune selected. Now if there is no result the ringer might be open and faulty. You can check the continuity to confirm , if so replace.

Usually the buzzing means the computer board is fried inside. You can try to change the battery and hope it is just the battery - but usually the constant buzzing means it is now R.I.P. Sorry

Unlock the phone first then hold down the Star button.. it worked for mine :) hope it works for you

Power & Hold switch
Slide and hold in the opposite direction
of the arrow for power on/off.
Slide in the direction of the arrow to

If that fails,
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

I can solve this problem drop the phone on the floor, the problem is that the programming of the phone has messed up and is keeping the vibrating going so either buy new phone or keep dropping the phone till it stops vibrating

Had the same problem with an a720. Took out the memory card and the phone turned on fine.
