Try taking the batteries out and leaving it for 10 mins.
then put fresh batteries in and hold the button for say 10 secs to start it.
I think the sw sometimes gets in a muddle at the 2 GB boundary in the file system.

Why zoom g2 point blinking ?

There is damage/burnt at Transistor Q4 or Q3 or both. Usually followed by R8. Replace it.
Q3 = BC337 (SMD marked as 6C) NPN.
Q4 = BC327 (SMD marked as 5A/B/C/D) PNP.
R8 = 470 ohm (SMD marked as 471).

I have a Zoom q3 HD camera and it does not hold a charge with the double A battery's. plus it sticks and flashes after starting it up!

Hi the batteries are not good anymore, they have probably been left unused in the camera for a long time. Get new ones, or if you have replaced them, then the charger is not supplying the correct voltage to the batteries.Did you ever drop that camera by any chance?If so you could've damaged the internal hard drive.That could also cause the problem...Regards

My kodak slice wont turn on anymore even after charging?Anybody?

Hello, The cold temps do have an effect on any type of battery, it is far cheaper to try a new battery that has been fully charged than to take the camera to a shop to be checked. All you will be out is the cost of the new battery.

Power button broke on zoom q3

There is a design defect in the zoom Q3 video/sound recorder. The power button is tiny and only held by three finite solder points that cannot take the regular force of one pressing on it. The solution is simple and permanent. Since the Samson tech Zoom Q3 comes part easy you have access to the part. The power switch falls of and stays inside. Get a fine tip soldering iron and resolver it, but the real trick is to put some liquid plastic support in behind the power switch and around it so that it will no longer be affected by the force of pressing it on and off. My Minolta Freedom Zoom will turn on and zoom but won't take pictures. The numbers dissapear when you try.

Hi. It could be that the camera needs more memory. Also replace your batteries. if the batteries are low the camera won't run properly.

Samsung 1080p LCD TV stuck on zoom

I had the same problem. It's the default setting on your HD cable box. You have to go under the cable box's "settings" and switch it from "Zoom 1" to "Normal." I found the solution on Samsung's webpage. Can't tell you how much that was driving me nuts.
