Well, I have had it for about a year almost and everything was fine, until yesterday. I was playing my music on the way to school and it worked perfectly fine. Then, when I went home, I tried to play my music, but it wouldn't work at all. I tried restarting it, but that didn't work. You see, the problem is that when I try to play my music, the screen freezes, then slowly fades until the screen is completely white, and then it restarts it by itself. I kept turning it on and off, but it doesn't work. What is funny is that everything else works. My videos play, my pictures are displayed, my voice recording works and plays, my radio plays. The only thing that doesn't is the music section. Please help me ASAP! Thank you for your time.
No worries. there may be a read error. if it still connects to your computer fine download all of the files, movies, mp3, mp4 etc back onto your computer. once you have done this go into the file holding all of the mp3's and set the file to show details and look for a mp3 that is the incorrect file size... in general comparison to the other files. also if the device came with software look around for a restore factory settings button or wizard, and once the device is completely clear restart it and reload the files back onto it, remove the device (safely) then switch it off and back on and then try it out again. hope things work out bro.
