Hello there,

How did you block some emails? Was it through your web hosting control panel? Or through your webmail itself? You just need simple troubleshooting to figure out what has been causing this problem. First, ask someone with a .com domain email address to send out a test email using his or her personal email client and not through the reservation form and see if you get the email. If yes, then there must be a problem with your mail form configuration and not with godaddy's. But if you are not still able to receive the test message, create a test email account and then ask them to send test message again. If you are able to receive it, then you have a problem with that particular account and might need to recreate it.

If you need further assistance, just let me know. Thank you for using FixYa.

You must ask your e-mail account provider or look through their help pages for instructions on how to set up your account in the mail application.
There are a couple of ways the email servers use to authenticate incomming connections, you have to find out what your exact settings are supposed to be.

Hello joangee,

I'm not sure if you're email account is through internet providers or websites like Yahoo, Gmail, etc.

Either way you can go to their web based email, usually called webmail & login to your account.

You can try to send & receive a test email there, if you're able to both send & receive the test email, that's good.

You may also want to try to delete your current email account & recreate it.

Just for good measure, let me provide you a website that shows a step by step procedure. Please check this out,

Hope this helps & best of luck.

No email can not be sent or compuse or reply

After deleting and recreating an account in Mail, you might not be able to send emails even if you can receive them. When you try to send a message, this alert may appear:
"Cannot send message using the server smtp.xxxxx.com"
This happens if the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) server, used for outgoing messages, was incorrectly entered with the first account even if it was correctly entered for the replacement account.
Products Affected Mail
Resolution You should first verify that the network connection you're using is the correct one for the ISP that you want mail to communicate with.
  1. Open Mail.
  2. From the Mail menu, choose Preferences
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. On the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) pop-up menu, choose Edit Server List.
  5. Delete all entries for the SMTP server that is mentioned in the error, and click Done.
  6. Configure the current SMTP server by clicking Server Setting.

Note: If you need to use multiple SMTP servers for multiple Mail accounts, see this document.
  7. Send a test message to your email address.

Cannot send, reply or forward my Yahoo e-mail

In microsoft outlook, clik on Tools> E-mail accounts>View or change existing e-mail accounts>change > correct outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings and press Test Account Settings.
If you receive a Task error message: ( X Send test e-mail message "Failed" ) perhaps you have been disconnected by your e-mail provider.
