Lights come on but if i push any button i get error message: F-61 is there a part or board i can replace to revive this unit?
(may have had some water damage - there was a plant on a shelf above it that may have leaked.... hard to fine good waterproof components these days...)

Yes, you have to destroy your Panasonic SA-PM 18 with a srewdriver and than meet the CD changer with a hammer. If this doesn't help you must take this changer into a box - wait a few years and than throw it in the waste. ::))
