Was working fine but stopped early with clothes warm and wet. Would not restart.
Power is good through the terminal block. Both thermal fuse thermostats on heater elements have continuity through the terminals. Thermal device on blower has continuity through it. Push button on timer has continuity through it when pressed. Can not hear timer motor run.Continuity through door switch checks.
Suspect drum motor protective device or malfunction in timer

Hello, The problem with it not drying is most likely going to be a worn out blower wheel thats slipping and not moving the warm air through the clothes to dry them properly. Always a pretty good sign the blower is slipping is,if you hear a rumble noise from the dryer at start up and also that same rumbling noise when the power stops. So if you hear it at start up...wait 30 seconds and open the door and listen for the rumble noise as drum stops. also you can check where the vent exits the house and see if their is air flow when the dryer is running.
Your moisture sensing bars may have junk on them. The way your machine detects drynesss ir with we clothes. As them wet clothes rub them bars they short out the board and that way it knows them clothes need a bit more time. If thm bars get a bit of softener oem and glaze over the bars then wetness won;t be detected no more and the control won't know them thangs is wet or dry and most likely declare a No Joy.
The belt can be replaced as follows. 1 remove top and front of dryer shell 2 belt goes around drum around motor pully then under tentioner wheel 3 replace front and top of dryer (top pops off use a slotted screw driver) Thanx for using Fixya Please take your time to rate me
its likely to be the condenser unit in the rear of the machine full with lint check for a large clear / opaque unit with pipes connected and make sure it is clear
GE WPXH214ACC Washer drum makes loud noise when spinning sometimes. We've had it since 2005 & never had this happen before. Washer is level, must stop & redistribute clothes to correct. Just started happening now.
