Delete fax numbers from speed dial memory

How would one go about deleting all the fax numbers that are stored in the speed-dial memory?

Thank you for the response. I rated it Solved, but did not have to try that one, as I kept at it until I got it done. I ended going through each entry from Menu/Start, 2. Fax, Menu/Start, Speed Dial, entering number (ie: 02), 1. Change, then Stop. That cleared the number that was stored.

    Thanks again.

How to reset the pages count of HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf

Restore to factory-set defaults returns all of the settings to the factory defaults, and it also clears the fax header name, phone number, speed dials, and any stored faxes in the product memory.

CAUTION: This procedure also clears all fax numbers and names that are associated with one-touch keys and speed-dial codes, and deletes any pages that are stored in the memory. The procedure then automatically restarts the product.

1. On the product control panel, press the Setup button.

2. Use the arrows buttons to select the Service menu, and then press the OK button.
3. Use the arrows buttons to select the Restore Defaults

I need to know how to program the numbers into the speed dial option. My mother's phone is a table set with large numbers #29267A ... close enough?

Before you store a telephone number in memory, make sure the dialing mode is
correctly set for the type of service you have. The default dialing mode is tone
(touch-tone), so if you have pulse (rotary) service, you must first change the dialing
mode. See “To Set the Dial Mode.” The following buttons can be stored into any
memory location: 0-9.
STORING FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBERS
1. Pick up the handset.
2.Press the store button.
3. Push the desired memory location button.
4. Press the store button.
5.Use the handset number keys to enter the telephone number (up to 16-digits)
and press the store button.
6.Hang up the handset.
NOTE: If you make a mistake, use the delete button to delete wrong digits.
CHANGING A STORED NUMBER
Repeat the storage sequence above. The new number replaces the old number at
the memory location.
ERASING A STORED NUMBER
1. Pick up the handset.
2.Press the store button.
3.Press the memory location (0-9) to be erased.
4.Press delete for three seconds until the number in the display is erased.
5.Hang up the handset.
DIALING FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBERS
1. Pick up the handset and press the mem button.
2. Press 0-9 for the memory location. The number dials automatically.
OR
1. Pick up the handset and press the dial button.
2. Press the review button for the desired memory location.
3. Press the dial button to dial the number.
OR
1. Press dial button while the handset is still in the cradle.
2. Press the review button for the desired memory location, lift the handset and the
number dials automatically.

Need help changing the speed dial ID numbers

In order to change #01 to #21 its best just to program the number into #21 slot and then clear the memory for #1.

Start by trying to store a number at a location already used Press Menu/Set, 2 (Fax), 3 (Set Quick-Dial), 2 (Speed-Dial).

Use the dial pad to select the three-digit location (001 – 200) in which you want to erase the number and press Menu/Set.
The screen displays the name or number currently stored there, then prompts you to either 1. CHANGE or 2. EXIT.
Press the Stop/Exit key when the cursor is to the left of the digits. Everything above and to the right of the cursor is deleted.
Hit he menu/set key.

This should save the speed dial number as a blank.
