None of the buttons on my motorola v3 razor from verizon wireless work. well one does and thats the end button. i cannot retrieve contacts pictures or anything else off of my phone. please help!!!! thanks a ton! devo
I have the same problem you can't get to the master reset nothing works

When you turn my Motorola V3 Razr on, the screens function as normal until it gets to the phone number display screen. When it reaches this point, it stops functioning completley leaving my number displayed. After I purchased a new phone, I wanted the Razr back and still had it. But it still fails to function properly.
No key pad function work with the exception of on/off key. Screen displays voicemail messages and text messages but cannot access same.
