If you haven't yet figured out how to get a picture and sound on your Toshiba Model 19LV610U TV, I posted a PDF version of the Toshiba Owner's Manual for that model earlier today. Just scroll down this web page and look in the right side bar for the link to the manual (PDF format.) Click on the link, download and save the manual to a Toshiba file (you will probably need to set up such a file) in your Documents. Then, you can either look though the manual using Adobe Reader (I assume you have the latest freeware Adobe Reader software installed on your computer) and find out how to adjust the picture settings or you can print off the manual to have a hard copy for reference.
There are a couple of other models that start 40G300U so you may want to start at the Toshiba support page: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp . Click on Product Support and then use the drop down menus to select Television, LCD TV and then the model. (There is a 40G300U1 and 40G300U3.)
