Hp pavilion dv6 freezes

You may have to reformat the drive and install the operating system again. Back up all data you want to save and put it on a DVD or flash Drive first. Do a Clean installation to avoid a carryover of damaged files, code, and any malware.

Ampersand is not where it should be on the keyboard

Hi,
You could go for the default English(US) QWERTY keyboard layout and check,if the problem still persists ,try changing your keyboard(do this if you get the same problem on different operating systems.)

I have a canon MP550 which has thrown up the error 6C10. I have tried the solutions suggested at FixYa, but to no avail. My printer's only 6 months old. Any suggestions? Regards Jan

I have done some extensive research on your 'error 6C10'.

I have looked at the following:

2-2. Service Call Errors (by Cyclic Blinking in Orange (Alarm LED) and Green (ON/OFF button), or Alarm LED Lit in Orange)

Cycles of blinking in orange (Alarm LED) and green (ON/OFF button) 16 times

Error [Error code] Valve sensor error [6C00]

Conditions An error occurred in the valve sensor during cleaning.

Solution(Replacement of listed parts, which are likely to be faulty) - Logic board ***'y (QM2-3078)

I realize that the '6C00' error is not exactly your but the manual does not have the 6C10. You can download that at the above link.

I also look at the http://www.retrevo.com/support/Canon-MP500-Multifunction-Printers-manual/id/259bh640/t/2/ Canon Pixma MP500 Users Guide Manual. There are several codes but not the 6C10. You can download this above as well.

Canon printer ip 3000 keeps sending error 6c00? what do I need to do?

Try the following steps:
1. Turn off printer.
2. retaining button Resume/Cancel press button POWER - indicator it will catch fire by green color.
3. let go button Resume/Cancel, continuing to retain POWER.
4. press button Resume/Cancel of 2 times, retaining POWER, after which let go all buttons.
5. when indicator will be lit BY GREEN - press button Resume/Cancel of 4 times!!!
6. turn off printer by button POWER.

My printer stoppped working. It has one green light blinking When i try to print the floowing message shows up in the computer: Service error 6C00. Cancel printing and turn the printer off and then back...

Most likely the the ink carts are low or you have a one defective cart. Do steps in sequence
1. Reseat carts 2. Reset the printer. 3. Rpl carts one at a time till you find the defective one.

many problem that canon has give to us, but let me to try to give some advice for you

the trick is

Waste Ink Counter Reset. Manual for Service mode
1. Turn off the printer. And disconnect the printer cable.
2. Press and hold the POWER button, turn on the printer.
3. The indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
4. Press and release the RESUME button , the indicator (L.E.D.)
should be orange.
5. Press and release the RESUME button again, the indicator
(L.E.D.) should be green
6. Release both buttons

and for the tool program i send you'll later after i receive your e-mail

ERROR CODE 6C00

The printer has a Reset mode- somewhere. But different makers/models have different settings. Try the manual and if not mentioned there try the Canon website. Failing that try this- with the printer switched off press a combination of 2 buttons[any 2] with them pressed switch the printer on did it reset?- then try another combination. take a look also at www.fixyourownprinter.com also here http://www.fixya.com/support/p360551-canon_pixma_mp780_all_in_one_inkjet

6c00 = Valve sensor error that's a problem in the Logic board ass'y or Purge unit.

The "231: Fatal Error 03" is related to a failure of reading the RFID chip that is embedded in the toner cartridge.
