Hi johncwells86, please check up your power cable or dc connector whatever your device fitted wth your bose speaker .if the connection ok increase the volume and open the cable from the pc tuch the stereo jack .Now you can listen a sound when tuch the jack.If you do not get any sound think your amplifire or audio system has no dc/ac voltage .if the voltage is ok thnk your sound system defected and go to technician.
if you get the sound from ur sound system .plug right way to pc .and restart your pc .after that chek the volume icon is there no check on on mute .if so check of the that.
