I moved house the other day and now the washing machine (Fisher & Paykel GW712) won't fill. Water supply appears to be fine.
Powers up OK and allows selection of wash preferences, however, bowl just spins and makes no attempt to fill on either hot or cold. Tried advancing the wash cycle to rinse, but again, does not fill.
Was thinking the bowl might be out of balance, but not sure.
Read your user manual - but I would suggest that you may not have setup the balance properly. Check the level of the machine and adjust to be as square as possible by adjusting the feet at the bottom. If the water isnt coming in on both hot and cold sounds like a common problem - perhaps the water level sensor is playing up or something else has been knocked during transportation of the machine when you moved house. Check your user manual for troubleshooting. Sounds dumb, but check that 'delay start' isnt selected also. check both hoses filters are not blocked.

There is an issue with your drainage area. Best to remove the pump and check for the obstruction in the line or at the impellar.(If the water is not completely drained, the pressure switch wont send a low level to the timer to allow a spin).
The first thing that needs to be done is to disconnect the fill hoses from the back of the machine. Once disconnected, look at the inlet valve screens and check for blockage, if clear, open the water valves and check for water flow through hoses, if not clear, clean screens at fill valve, reconnect hoses & check for operation. If the problem remains, then the problem is with the machines fill valve & it would need to be replaced
First check the filters in the inlet hose and hot water pressure.
Sounds to me like the hot water valve is faulty.
Test the w/machine on a hot water cycle, if you hear a noise and its not filling it up with water, its a faulty hot water valve. Air pressure??
change the water valve and remember it has a little rubber boot on the old water valve,
transfer this to the new valve,or go into option adjustment mode and change you wash temperature settings.
