Want to chang the time and date on my ipadChange Date Time

You chose a Time Zone setting when you first set up your Kindle Fire. Your Kindle Fire uses the date and time setting to display the time in the Status bar, and also to work with other apps, such as a third-party calendar, for example. If you tap Date and Time in Settings, you see four options:

• Automatic: If you want Kindle Fire to control the date and time based on your location, tap to turn this feature On. If you'd rather set the time manually, tap to turn this Off.
• Set Time: To manually set the time, after you turn the Automatic option Off, tap the arrow on the right of this setting to display additional settings. Tap the + (plus sign) and - (minus sign) buttons to change the time, and then tap Save.
• Set Date: Tap the arrow to the right of Set Date and then tap the + (plus sign) and - (minus sign) buttons to set the date you want, and then tap Save.
• Select Time Zone: Tap the arrow to the right of this setting to change your time zone.
• The Set Time settings become available only if you first turn the Automatic option to Off.

If it is an Android tablet you should have correct time once you connect to the internet automatically. If it is wrong go into settings and it should be under "Date and Time" . There are various options like 24 or 12 hr format. By default the box for "Automatic Date and Time" which uses network provided internet should be checked and just connect to wi-fi somewhere and you will be all set.
If is is a Windows based OS click the bottom left corner where time and date is and you will see the option to change it.

How to Change the Time on t

Go into your settings, system date & time. Ensure the Automatic date and time is checked, along with Automatic time zone.

You can also make adjustments to time and date formats.

Back out, and restart your tablet to see if this works.

Date\time is a software function. Check to make sure you have the latest software version uploaded.

1.Go to settings app.
2.go to general,and swipe down.
3.you will find ,Date and time option.
4.go to date and time and select your time zone.
if the time is wrong, touch on the time given below the time zone and change the time according to you.

that happens if the date is a few years back, once you change the time all the certificates will be up to date, go to settings, at the bottom there is usually date and time, you click on that and change the time. everything should be fine after that.

The Kindle Fire is usually set to automatic date and time sync, this is how to override the automatic time set on the Kindle Fire.
Step 1: Pickup the Kindle, unlock if the device is locked
Step 2: Pull down the upper status Bar
Step 3: Select Date and Time
Step 4: Turn "Automatic" to Off
Step 5: You may now set the date or time by selecting the appropriate submenu item below "Automatic"
