Samsung RCS21DCNS Side by Side

I have had my fridge/freezer for about 2 years. Yesterday my fridge temperature display light started flashing and my fridge seems warm. The fan is still working as you can hear hear it. Freezer is working fine. Can anyone please help?

The lights work, but the freezer and refridgerator are not cooling. The computer displays OF on the temperature display of the freezer and fridge.

I switched off to clean. After cleaning it will not restart. The display shows "off" for both fridge and freezer. When the on button is pressed, the usual "on display" flashes on for about 1 second, and then it reverts to the off position. I have tried waiting for an hour, same result.
In layman's terms seems to be a relay issue.
    What is the solution, please?

Cooling Off mode (also called Shop mode), is designed for use by retailers when they are displaying refrigerators on the shop
floor. In Cooling Off mode, the refrigerator's fan motor and lights work normally, but the compressors do not run, and
the refrigerator and freezer do not get cold.
To start Cooling Off mode, Touch and hold the Energy Saver button and the Power Freeze button for 3 seconds during normal
operation.
The refrigerator chime sounds and the temperature display flashes OF OF.
To cancel Cooling Off mode, Touch and hold the Energy Saver and the Power Freeze buttons again for 3 seconds.

I dont now how to set temperature for samsung rsh1nhmh . All the light in the house vent off and the plugs . Now on the frige screen is only a flashing light. Nothing else

The refrigerator temperature can be set between 7?C (46°F) and 1?C (34°F) to suit your particular needs. Press the Fridge button repeatedly until the desired temperature is shown in the temperature display. The temperature control process for the Fridge works just like the Freezer process. Press the Fridge button to set your desired temperature. After a few seconds, the Fridge will begin tracking towards the newly set temperature. This will be reflected in the digital display.

The display unit keeps flashing on the fridge side on my samsung RS20CCVS.

When the temperature indicator flashes indicate then the temperature has ridge a level lower the the set temperature for example if you set you fridge side to 36 degree and and has fail to stop from getting cooler and has ridge 34 degree. some times those friges fail to calibrate them self tray by unplugging you dirge for 30 seconds and replug it then the board will auto calibrate for the next 24 hours If this problem comes back again that meas than your defrost element on the fridge side is bad.

The refrigerator side is not cooling.

ALMOST DEFINATELY YOU WILL HAVE AN ELECTRONIC CONTROLLED AUGER(MOTOR)CONTROLLING THE AMOUNT OF CHILL ENTERING THE FRIDGE COMPARTMENT. IF YOU SET THE FRIDGE TO MINIMUM AND LISTEN CAREFULLY, THERE SHOULD BE A SOUND INDICATING THE AUGER IS WORKING.( OPENING AND CLOSING THE FLAP). SET TEMP. TO MAX AND LISTEN. IF NOTHING, IT COULS BE A DEFECTIVE MOTOR OR FAULTY THERMISTOR(TEMP. PROBE).

Side by side fridge freezer

Based on your weird display issues I'd lean toward the control board problem. At least that can be "one" of a couple problems...
