How to identify current font settings

You can get any driver you want by installing : Driver Genius - the latest version .. and let it search through the internet :)

Oki printers are known for boards going bad even from static discharge from your hands. More than likely you have blown the main board. I have replaced way too many Oki main boards, if you like the printer, replace the board. Otherwise get a lexmark line printer.

You have the Printer emulation set incorrectly. I think it comes as IBM as default and you should try Epson instead. Its a trial and error thing but am sure emulation is incorrect.

Probably the monitor-chip on the board is working inproperly.

Consult the vendor or manufacuturer.

But before this, you may download new monitor driver from the manufacturer.

Press SHIFT+MENU together to enter MENU mode
press GROUP until it prints EMULATION - make sure it doesn't shows UTILITY

I think your alignment is out you need to get the printer serviced and aligned.

What driver are you using for this printer? Try loading a Epson LQ1050 driver and try again.

Your printer is designed to change font and pitch from the front panel. Just press the SEL/MENU button to take the printer offline. Then press the PRINT QUALITY button (to the right side of the panel) to make the lights switch to different fonts. Finally, press SEL/MENU to activate the changes and return the printer to online status. Be advised, these changes will not be permanent. To make a change permanent, you need to read the user's manual which I can email to you. Finally know that Windows does not pay attention to these settings, they are only goog in text applications such as DOS.

Sounds like driver problems. Cant solve problems without details like what opperating system, what driver, how it the printer attached, usb, paralel, network? Will it print a test page from the driver ok?
