This is the closest manual I could find for this motherboard. The link below will lead you to download a manual for the MS-6380LE (the other models close to this were MS-6378 and MS-6390)
However, it shouldn't be too different.

If you know how to remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard of your laptop this will solve your problem. The BIOS password is stored in CMOS memory that is maintained while the PC is powered off by a small battery, which is attached to the motherboard. Removing the battery will reset the CMOS information/data including the password. Of course after you have done this you have to re-enter the correct CMOS info in order for your laptop to function properly.
I am sorry to say but, I think your prombelm is that the cpu is the wrong size if you want it to run at that pro speed youneed to get a dual core instead a single core and update the bios then lala linda I hope this helps
