My laptop camera drivers are lost and i cant find anyone line

It sounds like it may need a Bios update, go to the Toshiba website www.toshiba.com and see if there is any updates or fixes to your laptop model.

i believe your computer doesn't have a bluetooth device installed. but i think the laptop is bluetooth ready which means that there is bluetooth stack software in the computer. all you need to do is purchase a usb bluetooth dongle and install the software that came in with that device.
