If I remember correctly, those chainrings aren't the replaceable kind. you will have to order a crankset with the appropriate chainring tooth count you are seeking.
Hello, I have a Dahon XP which is similar to yours and to undo a wheel is very simple, because the wheels have a quick release lever on the right side of the axle going through the center of each wheel hub.
