I would strongly recommend you to re-install the sound driver. If you don't have or if you don't know the correct driver, you can download it from HERE. The selected drivers are for windows xp, you may need to reselect the Operating System (O.S) from the O.S: box on the page. If the installed O.S on your computer is Windows xp, click the "Audio" link and download from the download links (will be displayed once you click the "Audio"). Download and install, it should work if there's no other issue with your sound card or etc..

You must have a windows operating system cd for installing it. If you have one then give a cal right away to my phone in california ( +1 760-284-4601 ) i will guide you through each and every step.

You can update your Windows XP service pack 2 by installing service pack 3. This will upgrade your Windows XP and it will make it perform much better. Download an official copy of Service pack 3 from Microsoft downloads center, through the link bellow.
